Premium grade, bold, brownish-grey Cumin (Jeera) Seed is sourced from the farms of Gujarat. Utmost care is taken in procuring sortex grade (99.6% purity) for this spice. Premium grade, bold, sweety-aromatic Coriander (Dhaniya) Seed is sourced from the farms of Rajasthan. Utmost care is taken in procuring the right greenish-yellow colour and liter weight of the spice. Once sourced, the spices are transported to the factory where the seeds are processed and cleaned, before being freshly machine ground into a powder using a time-tested ratio of coriander and cumin, passed down over generations. The whole spices are ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
