- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 45gms CRISTA Smoky Tandoori Masala Mix
- 500gms paneer or baby potatoes or mixed vegetables of your choice (mushrooms, babycorn, broccoli, etc)
- 1 cup drained yogurt
- ½ cup tomato puree
- salt to taste
Ingredients for garnishing: freshly chopped coriander
Heat the oil in a flat bottom non-stick pan and add the kasoori methi. Stir for 2-3 mins. Now empty the contents of CRISTA Smoky Tandoori Masala Mix. Cook for 2-3 mins, remove from flame, and add the thick yogurt to mix well. Add the tomato puree and salt to taste. Put the pan to cook again for 4-5 mins until the gravy changes color. Now add the paneer, mixed vegetables or baby potatoes and mix well. Switch off the gas and leave it to marinate for 2-3 hours at room temperature. Just before serving cook over hot grill for about 10 mins on skewers. Sprinkle fresh coriander while serving.
