Preheat the oven to 375 deg F. Arrange the pita bread in a single layer on an un-greased baking sheet. Brush oil on the pita bread and sprinkle CRISTA Zingy Seasoning Salt. Bake until crisp for 8-10 mins turning once in between and cool. Meanwhile in a large salad bowl or large salad platter, toss the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, radish, parsley and mint. Now whisk the prepared dressing, drizzle over the salad, toss and coat well. Then break the pita bread into small pieces. Lastly sprinkle them over the salad and serve immediately.
