Savoury Indian Curry

Ingredients Method
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 3 large sliced onions
  • 8-10 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of tomato puree
  • 25gms CRISTA Savoury Indian Curry Powder
  • 1 ½ cups or 500gms mixed boiled vegetables (cauliflower, french beans, carrots, peas, etc.)
  • 3 ½ cups coconut milk mixed with 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste

Ingredients for garnishing: freshly chopped coriander


Heat the ghee in a saucepan. Add the sliced onions and crushed garlic. Sauté for 2 mins. Add tomato puree, CRISTA Savoury Indian Curry Powder, boiled vegetables, sugar and salt to taste. Cook on slow flame for 8-10 mins, simmer and add the coconut milk mixed with corn flour. Boil gently on a slow flame for 3 mins. Garnish with coriander and serve with steam rice or parathas.
