Ingredients for garnishing: freshly chopped coriander
Heat the ghee in a saucepan. Add the sliced onions and crushed garlic. Sauté for 2 mins. Add tomato puree, CRISTA Savoury Indian Curry Powder, boiled vegetables, sugar and salt to taste. Cook on slow flame for 8-10 mins, simmer and add the coconut milk mixed with corn flour. Boil gently on a slow flame for 3 mins. Garnish with coriander and serve with steam rice or parathas.
