Preparation
Method for nuts:
Dry roast the nuts and lotus seeds on a slow flame and set aside. In a thick bottomed pan, heat the clarified butter and then add the roasted nuts. Stir fry that for 30 seconds. Add CRISTA Namkeen Nuts Seasoning and stir fry again until the nuts are coated well. Remove from the fire and set aside to cool.
Method for makhana:
In baking tray, mix the melted butter, CRISTA Namkeen Nuts Seasoning and makhana very well. Roast in preheated oven for 20 mins or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Fill in an airtight jar.
