Ingredients for garnishing: freshly chopped coriander
Soak the whole kashmiri chillies and garlic in one cup of water for 15 mins and then boil for 5 mins. Once cool make a paste. In a large pot heat 3 tbsp of butter and one tbsp of oil. Add the paste of kashmiri chilli and garlic and sauté for 2 mins. Now add the chopped onions and cook for 3-4 mins. Then add the chopped tomatoes and capsicums and add 1 cup of hot water, cook till soft. Now add the boiled green peas and potatoes, 2 ½ tbsp CRISTA Chowpatty Pav Bhaji Masala, juice of one lemon and ½ tsp CRISTA Red chilli powder along with salt to taste. Cook on slow flame for 10 mins. With a hand masher, mash all the vegetables to an even consistency. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander. Serve with hot pav and onions.
