Ingredients for garnishing: freshly chopped coriander
Preparation
Soak the whole kashmiri chillies in half cup of water for 10 mins, then boil till soft. Once cool make a paste in a mixer and keep aside. In a large pot heat 1 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of oil. Add the tomatoes and capsicums and add 1 cup of hot water, cook until soft. Now add the boiled green peas, raw bananas, kashmiri chilli paste, ½ tsp CRISTA Red Chilli powder, 2 ½ tbsp CRISTA Jain Chowpatty Pav Bhaji Masala, remaining 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup of hot water, 1 tsp lemon juice along with salt to taste. With a hand masher, mash all the vegetables to an even consistency. Cook for 10-15 mins. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander. Serve with hot pav and a slice of lemon.
Please note: While cooking the bhaji add water as required to maintain the right consistency and add more CRISTA Jain Chowpatty Pav Bhaji Masala if required to suit your taste.
