- 4 medium potatoes (soak in water for 10 mins and wash thoroughly)
- 2 tbsp CRISTA Southern Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsp salad oil or olive oil
Preheat the oven to 190 deg F. In a baking dish, pour about 2 tbsp of oil and place the dish in the oven for 5 mins until hot. Cut the potatoes with the skin into wedges. Arrange them over the hot oil in the baking dish and bake for 10 mins. Remove and sprinkle CRISTA Southern Cajun Seasoning until very well coated and bake again for 20-25 mins until golden brown, turning them occasionally. Drain the oil and serve immediately with red salsa or sour cream.
