Bombay Road Style Vegetable and Cheese Sandwich

The chutney can be made by putting all the ingredients into the chutney grinder and set aside. You can add 1-2 tbsp cold water if the ingredients do not blend well. Remove the hard sides of the bread and apply butter on both slices followed by a thin layer of the chutney. Layer the tomato, onion, cucumber, and potatoes (3-4 slices each) on one slice of the bread. Then sprinkle cheese, salt and CRISTA Bombay Sandwich Masala and cover with the other slice of bread. Heat the sandwich grill and brush with little butter. Place the prepared sandwich in the center and grill for 5-7 mins until it turns golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with CRISTA Peri-Peri French Fries and mustard-ketchup mixture.
