Step 1 : Heat 2 Tbsp ghee in a kadai and add 1 tsp mustard seeds. When they splutter, add green chillies, asafoetida, 2 cinnamon sticks, cloves and a pinch of turmeric.
Step 2 : Add 2 onions, 250 gms Ivy Gourd (tendli) cut length wise and ¾ cup of green peas. Cook for 2 - 3 mins on a slow flame. Add 1 ½ cups of rice and empty the contents of the CRISTA Masala Che Bhaat.
Step 3 : Add required amount of water. Cover and cook on slow flame. Stir occasionally. Add salt, 2 Tbsp crushed cashew pieces, 1 Tbsp grated coconut, ½ lemon and ½ tsp grated ginger.
