Suggested Recipe - Serves: 6 | Cooking time: 30 mins
Step 1 : Soak 2 cups chickpeas (Kabuli Chana) for 6-8 hours. Pressure cook them with a tea bag in it for 5-6 whistles. Grate 2 large onions and keep aside.
Step 2 : Soak 4 black cardamoms and 1¼ tbsp pomegranate seeds separately for 15 mins. Then mix and finely grind both together. In a kadai, add 2 tbsp oil, onions and cardamom paste. Sauté for 3 mins.
Step 3 : Add 2 green chillies, 2 tbsp of CRISTA Chole Masala and sauté for 2 mins. Lastly, add boiled chickpeas, 2 tbsp dhaniya jeera powder, 1 tbsp butter and salt. Serve hot with bhaturas.
