RETURN POLICY


  • The purchaser has read and understood the return policy before purchasing on www.cristaspices.com or wishing to return a product purchased.
  • The Company has a 24 hour replace policy from the date of delivery of the product subject to the following: (i) The Company receives the product unopened and should not have been used by the purchaser. (ii) The Company receives the original invoice along with the product. (iii) The Company reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used. (iv)The Company’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding upon the purchaser.
  • The Company only has a replace policy and under no circumstances shall the purchaser ask for refund of their monies.
  • Orders made using any coupon code cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
  • In the following event, the Company shall replace a brand new product at no additional cost to the purchaser provided the following is brought to the notice of the Company by dropping an email to the Company on [email protected], with the purchaser order ID within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product: (i) That the product received by the purchaser is in damaged condition or; (ii) That the product date has passed its expiry date.
  • The Company shall replace the defected product with a brand new product as stated above, only upon receiving the original product along with original invoice from the purchaser within 24 hours from the date of intimation.
  • This Return Policy shall be co terminus and co extensive with the terms and conditions for online transactions.
