Catering to the needs of modern Indian consumers, this blend adds an authentic punch and spicy/tangy flavour to pretty much any sweet or savoury dish. It can be used across a range of cuisines making it a spice cabinet essential. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
