Premium quality, light brown, natural and pure Star Anise is imported from Vietnam. The spice is then transported to the factory where it is hand cleaned, graded and sorted. Star Anise is increasingly becoming an Indian kitchen staple due to its versatile nature, and is very popular in Asian cooking and in all kinds of desserts.
