Introducing CRISTA Sizzling Harissa Spice Mix – a North African fiery, dry spice blend and the national condiment of Tunisia! The exotic blend is commonly used for flavouring couscous, burgers, eggplant, chickpea soup, meat, chicken and fish stew. It is an integral part of the preparation for tasty sandwiches, giving that much needed kick and flavour to meat or vegetables in the sandwich. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
