CRISTA Masaledar Garam Masala is our own proprietary spice blend of coarse, whole and ground premium-grade spices. Devised using our family's time-tested recipe, this exotic blend adds punch and balance, without excess burning, thereby complementing almost any Indian dish. The versatility of this blend makes it a kitchen essential. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
