Premium quality, natural, light brown, textured Hing has unmatched pungency and a balanced light brown colour to complement most Indian dishes. Unlike the yellow coloured hing used by many restaurants and hotels that have artificial colouring and lack punch, CRISTA Hing is pungent and after being cooked, tastes like leek or garlic. Hing is great for digestion and is rich in antioxidants.
