Origin: Farm fresh from Idukki, Kerala
Under ideal conditions, ground spices will keep for 12 months.
Popularly known as Cochin Dry Ginger, premium quality, natural, whole ginger is sourced from the farms of Idukki, Kerala and then transported to the factory where the spice is dried, hand sorted and cleaned before being freshly machine ground into powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. Special care is taken in discarding ginger that has holes in them (sign of infestation). The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
