Introducing CRISTA Ethiopian Berbere Spice Mix – traditionally used to season many Ethiopian dishes, this versatile spice blend pairs beautifully with soups and stews but can be used as a dry rub for meat, burgers, as a flavouring for couscous and quinoa or even as an addition to dry fruits! Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is subsequently mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
