CRISTA Paneer Makhani Spice Mix is our own proprietary spice blend of coarse whole and ground premium-grade spices. The name “Makhani” was coined during the Mughal era. This kitchen essential is perfect for paneer, vegetables or chicken and generally pairs exceptionally well with any Punjabi dish. It has a delicious creamy Indian flavour. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
