Premium quality, natural, sundried Tellicherry Garbled Extra Bold Black Pepper is handpicked from specific high range vines in Kerala that are known for producing pepper with high volatile oil content. The pepper is transported to the factory where the spice is graded and processed before being freshly machine ground into fine powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
