Premium quality, natural, sundried CRISTA Tellicherry Garbled Extra Bold Black Pepper, fondly known as TGEB, is handpicked from specific high range vines in Kerala that are known for producing pepper with a high volatile oil content (> 3%). It is this volatile oil content that gives CRISTA Black Pepper the flavour which separates the premium variety from many local inferior and adulterated peppers. The pepper is transported to the factory where the spice is graded, cleaned and processed. CRISTA Tellicherry Black Pepper is also characterized by its bold size and liter weight and darkish brown appearance.
