CRISTA Authentic Sambhar Masala is our own proprietary spice blend of coarse whole and ground premium grade aromatic spices. The word “Sambhar” has its origins in Tamil Nadu, and is immensely popular in South Indian cuisine. It can be served with rice, idli or vada amongst other South Indian specialties and is also served as a side dish for dosa. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
