- 50gms CRISTA Creamy Paneer Makhani Spice Mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp kasoori methi
- 3 pureed tomatoes
- 300gms fresh paneer or 1 ½ cups mixed vegetables of your choice (french beans, peas, potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, etc.)
- 3 tbsp fresh cream
- Salt to taste
In a bowl mix the entire contents of CRISTA Cream Paneer Makhani Spice Mix and milk well and keep aside. In a nonstick pan, heat the butter and add the kasoori methi and then sauté for 2 mins. Then add the puree of tomatoes and cook for 3- 4 mins. Soon after, add the paneer or mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 mins followed by fresh cream and salt to taste. Serve hot with parathas or rice.
